I’m sure it’s pretty straight forward but if not:

• Apply the base coat & two layers of white polish let dry completely [to make the colors pop out more]
• Apply colors in stripes, no need to worry if each stripe should be even, the more uneven the better (it’ll be covered by the print anyway). It’s also better to apply the next color after the first stripe is completely dry.
• Use your stamp for the tiger stripe. You might need to stamp it twice, depending on the length of your nail. IF you don’t have a template that’s fine, you can also achieve this look with a regular black polish and a stripper brush. 
• Top coat and you’re done~ (I like to apply the top coat twice only because i feel it gives it more shine)
